MONNO’s deliciously authentic Italian cuisine is the brainchild of Hamad Bin Fares and Mohamed Al Shams, two Emirati pilots who fell in love with Italy and its invitingly heartwarming cuisine. Led by Italian chef Federico Bartoli, MONNO is known for exclusively using sun-ripened tomatoes and importing artisanal cheeses and olive oils for their handmade pastas and Neapolitian pizzas, a surefire favourite with the crowds.
