Exploring issues such as migration and social inequality, The Synaptik has been able to take the region’s pulse and broadcast it worldwide through his infectious beats, highlighted by his song-writing style that effortlessly merges singing and rapping.With stellar albums under his belt and dozens of local, regional and international shows, The Synaptik has cemented his status as one of the pillars of hip hop in the region, and collaborated with numerous artists all around the Middle East, including rap superstars such as Abyusif, Wegz, Molotof, Marwan Mousa, Tamer Nafar, Maysa Daw, Bu Kolthoum, El Rass, Chyno, Moayad Nufaei, Al Nather, Shabjdeed, just to name a few

The Synaptik

The Synaptik is a Palestinian-Jordanian rapper at the forefront of a popular wave of Arabic rap and trap. With a steady string of new releases, including numerous iconic collaborations with the region’s hip-hop heavyweights, his distinctive voice and potent lyrics have cemented him as one of the pioneering artists of the Arabic-speaking world.

DJ Sotusura

Hicham Ibrahim, also known as DJ Sotusura, is a Palestinian entre-preneur, DJ, hip hop producer, and founder of the Sotusura brand, a group that includes Sotusura Records, Sotusura Events and Sotusura Merchandise. Born in Paris, raised in LA and the Caribbean, and currently residing in Dubai, his passion for music is unquestionably evident in everything he does. He tirelessly lends his support to the music scene in the Middle East, helping give hip hop a more prominent voice, and bridging the gap between East and West. A versatile DJ, he regularly plays sets in venues across Dubai, Amman, Cairo, Beirut, Paris and London, and has opened for the likes of Sean Paul and Akon.

A master of promotion, Sotusura is responsible for introducing some of the biggest DJ names to the Middle East including Amerigo Gaza-way and DJ Shortkut. Never short on ambition, and with a laser-like focus on setting out to achieve his goals, Sotusura continuously takes on bigger and bolder ideas, and his relentless work ethic has garnered him admiration across the world of music.

Shbash

Hailing from the vibrant and culturally rich landscapes of Palestine and Jordan, SHBASH is not your typical rapper; he's a trailblazer on a mission to redefine the soundscape of the Levant. With his raw talent and an innate ability to craft hard-hitting production, he's emerged as a pioneer of the Amman sound, What sets SHBASH apart from his peers is his unwavering commitment to discussing local topics and his ability to forge connections between image and sound. As an independent artist , His journey in music is a testament to the power of storytelling through sound, and he continues to push the boundaries of music and culture.

Maysa Daw

Maysa Daw- An indie musician, actress, singer-songwriter. The latest member of DAM, a member of “Kallemi”, as well as a solo performer and writer.

Known for her varied musical outputs in different projects, Maysa has had the opportunity to explore and create in different genres throughout her career. Maysa explores personal, interpersonal and collective experiences, stemming from her own view of reality.

She will be performing as part of The Synaptik and Friends.

Felukah

Felukah is an Egyptian rapper, singer, poet and activist. Seamlessly blending her Arabic culture into Western sounds, Felukah is dubbed the ‘Arabfuturist songstress,’ or the artist paving the way for a ‘new wave of Arab women.’ Felukah’s music and revolutionary character has garnered the attention of thousands in the Middle East as well as the Western world, landing her opportunities with the FIFA World Cup, Harvard University, the Brooklyn Museum, Boiler Room TV, and much more. Felukah’s new song ‘Batwanes Beek” was released on January 5th and marks the beginning of an exciting new era for the multifaceted artist. Staying true to her versatile nature, Felukah floats effortlessly between genres, sounds and projects, making sure the essence stays the same: a tasteful balance of radical love and honoring her North African roots.
