This year, AKKA Project is bringing to Quoz Arts Fest an astounding array of artworks by Ethiopian artists. The participating artists are young talents who have made a mark through their skill, exploring themes from their country of origin in their captivating work. They bring us five gems from Ethiopia namely, Ashanafe Mestika, Natanael Ashabir, Micheal Hailu, Kidane Getaw, Leikun Nahusenay and Workneh Bezu.

During his stay in Dubai, artist Micheal Hailu will be at the gallery creating a site specific painting on the outer facade of the AKKA Project space. Drop by and find the artist in action.

The exhibition opens on 28th January at 6PM, followed by an Artist Talk with Micheal Hailu at 7PM.
