Join 421 for an exciting journey through time and memory during their drop-in arts sessions! The sessions will offer fun and creative activities for children that encourage them to think about memory in imaginative ways through storytelling, drawing, doodling, colouring, painting, and much more.

The sessions are designed in a drop-in format so families are welcome to bring their children at any time between 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. Children can play, explore, and get creative in a fun, educational, and artistic environment. Presented in collaboration with Early Starters founder Yasmine, the drop-in sessions are perfect for children ages six and over.

These sessions are inspired by the 421 Winter 2023 Exhibitions, which explore themes around memory and remembrance.

About the instructor

Yasmine is the owner of Early Starters. She grew up around books all her life as her father was in the publishing business. Her lifelong dream was to open her own independent bookstore that would host the community in more than one way.
